Hey Everyone!
On August 22nd, my great-grandma (and Lou’s great-great-grandma) turned 94! We visited her after my little cousin Emma played her violin during the nursing home’s church service the Sunday before her birthday.
Five Generations!
She loved Louis, didn’t want to put him down!
I put him in this position and he slept for 2.5 hours!
He loves bath time!
The picture is of me and my first bath. I tricked a few people with this picture, they thought it was Lou!

Sadly, on August 27th, after 8 wonderful weeks at home with my baby boy, I had to go back to work. Here is Lou all packed up ready to go to his babysitter’s house (and yes, I cried):
Lou is getting so strong! Already wanting to stand up in the bathtub!
And here he is on his 2 month birthday, he is getting so big!!!
Tonight was the first time on the play mat, I think he liked it, but he still isn’t big enough to play with the toys.

Definitely changing in looks and filling out! All of the newborn clothes are packed away. I thought I could get away with another week of newborn pants, but they need to be put away, they are like capris on him.
We’re looking forward to so many things this fall: meeting two new baby cousins (one arrives tomorrow, one shortly after), pumpkin patch, Halloween, CHRISTMAS LIGHTS, Christmas presents! So much fun to come!
